When you schedule a consultation with us, we charge a nominal fee of $150. This fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and resources spent by our legal team to evaluate your case and provide you with tailored advice.

Retainer Fees

Upon deciding to proceed with legal representation, clients may be required to pay a retainer fee. This fee secures our services and is applied to your case as we work on your behalf. If, for any reason, you choose to terminate our services before any work has been completed, we will refund any unearned portion of your retainer fee.

Contingency Fees

For personal injury cases, we typically operate on a contingency fee basis. This means you do not pay attorney’s fees unless we successfully recover compensation for you. In the event that your case does not result in a financial recovery, there will be no fees charged for our services.
